Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spendifier's website and application (the "Service"), operated by Spendifier ("Spendifier", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Spendifier helps you validate and improve your Meta advertising campaigns — both before you launch them and while they are running. You can provide campaign details yourself, upload screenshots, submit video creative for a check, or connect your Meta Ads Manager so Spendifier can read and analyze your campaigns. Spendifier connects with read-only access: it does not create, edit, publish, pause, or spend in your advertising accounts. You remain responsible for managing your campaigns in Meta.

What our analysis is — and isn't

Spendifier's engine is built to catch the setup mistakes and inefficiencies that quietly waste ad budgets, and we work hard to make its analysis rigorous, specific, and genuinely useful. At the same time, its results are guidance, not a guarantee of advertising performance, approval, reach, cost, or any particular outcome. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including the ad platform's own systems and policies. You are solely responsible for your advertising decisions and for complying with the policies of the platforms you advertise on.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Resell or misuse the Service, including our API and developer access, outside the limits of your plan.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for your selected plan until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and continued access runs until then. Applicable taxes are handled by our payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

EU/EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of a digital service. Because Spendifier gives you immediate access to a digital service, by starting to use it during that period you request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Payments and any withdrawal or refund are handled by our payment provider as Merchant of Record, under its buyer terms. Nothing here limits any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your inputs), is owned by Spendifier and protected by law. You retain ownership of the campaign inputs and assets you submit; you grant us the rights needed to process them in order to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spendifier will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or advertising spend, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Spendifier or others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
