Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Spendifier ("Spendifier", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). Spendifier helps you validate and improve Meta advertising campaigns — before you launch them and while they are running. With your permission, Spendifier can connect to your Meta Ads Manager with read-only access to analyze your campaigns; you can also provide campaign details yourself or by uploading screenshots. Spendifier only reads and analyzes — it does not create, edit, publish, pause, or spend in your advertising accounts.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and basic profile details when you create an account.
- Campaign inputs — the campaign details you enter, screenshots of your Ads Manager campaigns you upload, and video creative you submit for a check.
- Meta advertising data — if you connect your Meta Ads Manager, we access read-only campaign, ad, and performance data so we can analyze it for you (see below).
- Validation results — the analyses and results we generate from your inputs, which we store so you can retrieve them.
- API and integration data — if you use our developer/MCP access, we process the API keys you issue and the requests and responses exchanged with connected clients.
- Billing information — subscription and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage data — limited, coarse analytics about how the Service is used, as described in “Product analytics” below.
Product analytics
Inside the Spendifier application, optional product analytics remain off unless you choose to allow them. If allowed, we send a documented set of manual interaction events and coarse categories. We do not use session replay or automatic click capture in the application, build analytics profiles tied to your account, or send your account details, campaign names or content, validation content, creative content, entered promotion codes, provider payloads, or full URLs. Dynamic identifiers in page paths are replaced before an event is sent.
Application analytics use session-scoped, in-memory identifiers. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under Account settings. Withdrawing consent stops capture and clears the analytics session state in your browser.
On our public marketing website, limited cookieless analytics may record page paths, referral or campaign categories, coarse browser/device information, and sign-up or sign-in link interactions. The marketing website does not use session replay, automatic click capture, cookies, or local storage for analytics.
How we use Meta advertising data
If you choose to connect your Meta Ads Manager, you grant Spendifier read-only access to your advertising data (such as your campaigns, ad sets, ads, and their performance metrics). We use this data for one purpose only: to analyze and validate your campaigns and show you the results within the Service.
- We do not create, edit, publish, pause, or spend in your ad accounts.
- We do not sell your Meta data or use it for advertising or profiling.
- You can disconnect Spendifier from your Meta account at any time; when you do, we stop accessing your Meta data and delete or de-identify what we no longer need.
Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
